Gratuity Policy​
Therapists are able to accept electronic or cash gratuity, or you may speak with them directly about alternative method such as Venmo. Thank you for remembering your therapists!

Cancellation Policy​
Your appointments are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice to avoid a 100% charge of all reserved services. Appointments must be cancelled by speaking directly with a massage service representative. All policies are designed to benefit guests and provide the best quality of services for all our clients. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. To cancel, please call one of our helpful staff at 610-783-3122.

Late Policy​
Please note that if you are late for your appointment, your therapist may need to cut your time short depending on what other appointments are on our schedule, in order to be respectful of their and other client’s time. You will be charged for the full amount of time you were.

Additional Notes​
Please note that Valley Spa does not offer restrooms or showers. Restrooms are located conveniently throughout the resort and should be utilized before arriving for your appointment.
